Penne all' arrabbiata con Pancetta.

Pasta with arrabbiata sauce. A hot & spicey choice.

- 1 packet of smokey bacon
- 1 small packet of cooked ham.(optional)
- Garlic.
- Chilli Peppers (fresh or dried)
- Parsley.
- Chopped Tomatoes.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Parmesan Cheese.

Put the oil in a large frying pan with garlic and chilli peppers.Fry them on a low heat and add the bacon (cooked ham) When everything is golden add the tomatoes. Cook for about 15 mins. Cook the pasta 'al dente' add the 'angry' sauce (arrabbiato means angry) to the pasta. Parmesan cheese would be nice over the pasta and perhaps a sprinkle of dried peppers (peperoncino), just to give that extra heat! Chopped parsley over to decorate.
